Understand Demand

AFPI understand the current demand for social housing in demand-driven areas throughout the UK by working with local commissioners, Housing Associations and Charities in the areas most in need of social housing properties.

Aquire Property

Our acquisition managers source suitable properties for both AFPI and our many partners. Our construction business then undertakes large refurbishment works to ensure the property is up to the usual high AFPI standards.

Lease Properties

we are now able to provide vulnerable adults across the country a high quality property to call home. Once refurbishment is complete, we then hand across our property to our partnered Charity, Housing Association or Local Authority.
