Understand Demand
AFPI understand current demand for social housing in demand driven areas throughout the UK by working with local commissioners, HAs and Charities.
Aquire Property
Our acquisition managers source suitable properties for both AFPI and our partners. Our construction business then undertakes large refurbishment works to ensure the property is up to the usual high AFPI standards.
Lease Properties
Due to AFPI working closely with providers, we are now able to provide vulnerable adults across the country a high quality property to call home. Once refurbishment is complete, we then hand across our property to our partnered Charity, Housing Association or Local Authority.
